Features

Built around a school day

Each part of the app matches something you already do, from the first bell to the lesson plan you write that night.

  1. When you open the app

    Your day at a glance

Today shows the class you have now or next, with one tap to check attendance or open the seat plan. Below it are the things that need you, like an overdue report, and the rest of today's classes.

  2. Before class starts

Check attendance in a few taps

Mark each learner present, absent or late. Everyone starts as present, so you only tap the ones who aren't. Absent learners fade out on the seat plan, so you can see who's missing at a glance. The app keeps the counts for the monitoring record and the report card.

Mark the learner absent and add a note, such as "sick, with a letter" or "excused, with a letter".

  3. During the lesson

A seat plan that helps run the class

Arrange the seats to match your room. Give groups points with a reason, reward learners with chips, and call on someone with the slot machine or the student wheel. There's a timer for group work, and the leaderboard shows who's ahead.

  4. After checking papers

    Grades computed the DepEd way

Keep a Grades 2 to 12 subject class as an E-Class Record. Enter each score once (a blank isn't a zero), and the app works out the totals, PS and WS, the initial grade and the transmuted term grade the way the SY 2026-2027 E-Class Record template does. Open a learner to see the working. When the term is done, submit it, then export the filled E-Class Record (.xlsx). Other classes keep the classic class record: Written Works, Performance Tasks and the Quarterly Assessment, with weights you can change, exported to Excel.

    • Learners at risk are flagged: an initial grade below 70, or too many absences
    • The adviser's final grades and report card (SF9) data
    • Analytics show which activities need reteaching
    • Track the learners in remediation, with before and after scores

E-Class Record grades are computed using DO 15 s.2026 rules as implemented in the SY 2026-2027 E-Class Record templates. Verify with your division.

  5. Planning the next week

The official DepEd lesson plan, for every subject

Every lesson plan, from Grade 1 to 12 and in any subject, uses the official DepEd lesson plan template (DO 16 s. 2026). Pick the competency from the MATATAG guide or the Budget of Work, and the standards and learning competencies are filled in word for word. Write the objectives, pre-lesson and resources once for the lesson, then each session's Flow and Formative Assessment, four or five sessions.

    • Draft with AI writes the whole lesson, then every session, around the teaching approach you pick
    • Values Education, Filipino, Araling Panlipunan and Makabansa plans are written in Filipino; other subjects in English
    • Fields the AI filled stay marked until you've read them
    • Check Plan tells you what's still missing before you export
    • Write one plan for every section you teach that lesson to
    • Export to Word in the official template, ready to print and sign
    • Then turn any session into slides and a game with CMS Interactive

School accounts keep their departments' own formats.

AI that drafts, so you can edit

Use it for the first draft, then make it yours. If you've already written something, the app asks before a draft replaces it. Nothing is saved until you save it, and an unsaved plan is kept on your device in case the window closes.

Make a test
Multiple choice, true or false, identification or essay, in English or Filipino. Export it to Word or add it to your class record as an activity.
Write feedback
The learner's feedback form gets a drafted concern and commendation based on their scores.
Plan a lesson
Drafts of the whole week's lesson plan, in the official DepEd template, for any subject from Grade 1 to 12.

Learners' names and LRNs are never sent to the AI.
